CCHBC partnered with DevOn to transform its fragmented QA processes into an AI-augmented automation framework across SAP and Dynamics 365.Using Playwright, Azure DevOps, and modular pipelines, the new approach enabled scalable, multi-country testing with intelligent execution.
The Challenge
QA operations were heavily manual and inconsistent across 29 countries, making scalability difficult.Localization needs and region-specific CRM workflows added complexity to testing.
This led to slower releases, duplicated efforts, and limited adaptability to change.
