Break-out session 1: Phani Bhushan & Tom Slenders
In this session, we will share ASML’s journey in adopting Platform Engineering (PE). We’ll begin by exploring the motivation and context that led us to pursue PE, including early challenges and organizational drivers. We’ll then walk through our implementation approach—from initial strategy and stakeholder alignment to defining platform capabilities and rolling out our first proof of concept (PoC). Finally, we’ll reflect on the key learnings from our PoC, including what worked, what didn’t, and how those lessons are shaping our next steps. This is a candid look into the early stages of platform transformation at scale.
Break-out session 2: Hylke Stapersma
This talk will cover lessons learned, successful aspects of the platform, and areas needing improvement. It will conclude with future plans, focusing on leveraging AI and AI agent technology to enhance security, developer experience, and scaling.
Break-out session 3: Robert Muts

Robert Muts shares how building ecosystems where teams thrive, take ownership, and achieve heights they — and you — never imagined is the key to unlocking the true potential of Platform Engineering.
