DevOn is the software development organization within Waada. We help organizations build and evolve software through high-performing development teams, consultancy, and training, with a strong focus on Agile, DevOps, and AI. Our belief is simple: software should deliver real value. That’s why we build tailor-made solutions that maximize impact and always put the end user first.
Where do we come from?
DevOn originates from the Waada movement, founded by Rahul Sah. Born in India and living in the Netherlands for over three decades, Rahul built DevOn to bridge Indian and European strengths through technology, craftsmanship, and passion.
This vision led to the founding of Prowareness India in 2004, delivering high-quality software with teams that worked according to Agile principles long before Agile became mainstream. Agile is therefore deeply embedded in our DNA.
Since 2013, Waada has also supported organizations in the Netherlands with Agile transformations through Prowareness, focusing on organizational change alongside technology.

In 2017, DevOn emerged as Waada’s technology-first software development company.
While Agile and DevOps form the foundation of how we work, our focus has evolved towards AI-enabled software engineering. We help organizations go beyond basic Agile and DevOps practices by applying AI across the entire software development lifecycle, improving speed, quality, and predictability.
DevOn is led internationally by Rahul Sah, who brings deep technical expertise from India to organizations and teams across Europe.
