After determining the maturity and doing a corresponding transformation workshop, we roll out the consultancy approach together. This can, for example, consist of strategic consultancy to management, coaching of the teams, help with setting up the right tooling, or support at engineer level. Depending on the scope and the places where most help is needed, consultants or engineers can be deployed at various locations within the organization. Training

In addition to the aforementioned consultancy and assessment, DevOn can offer various workshops and training courses in the field of DevOps.
