Rini van Solingen (prof.dr.ir) is a strategic consultant at DevOn, CTO at Prowareness We-On and part-time professor of global software engineering at Delft University of Technology. He is also a speaker and author on speed and agility of people and organisations.

In this roundtable we will be identifying:
- Talent Sourcing Strategy: most organizations want a large share of strategic work and critical roles and skills to be done by their workforce. The idea behind this is to retain core IP (Intellectual Property), and domain knowledge in-house & not only rely on any external supplier/partner.

The roundtable will start at 15:30, with two 30 minutes sections, presented by Rini and Mayank, and with two Question and Answers sessions (Q&A) of 10 minutes. We expect to end the day around 19:00
