Privacy of the parties we do business with is an important aspect to us. We respect privacy and make every effort to handle information in a secure manner. Your data will only be used for the purposes described in this privacy statement.

Processing of personal data

Privacy data is data that directly or indirectly says something about a person and can thus identify a person. The processing of this data may involve various activities: collection, storage, use, processing, enrichment, transfer or deletion.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

1. Entering into or maintaining a business relationship
2. Communication around a (potential) assignment
3. Execution of an assignment
4. Financial settlement of an assignment

The basis for this processing is the necessity for the execution of an assignment.

For the above purposes, we may process the following personal data:

1. Name and gender
2. Address details
3. Telephone and/or email details
4. Function
5. Date of birth
6. Date of employment
7. Email communication
8. Customer satisfaction data

Retention periods

We do not store data longer than necessary for the purpose for which the data was collected or to comply with a legal obligation. We will not store the data for longer than 7 years after the execution of an assignment or the termination of the business relationship.

Data protection

The security of personal data is a crucial aspect in the processing of the data. We ensure that the right technical and organizational measures are taken to guarantee this safety. Our information security program is certified according to the ISO 27001:2013 standard. The Agile Governance team is continuously working on the development, implementation and maintenance of the information security program. In this way, we ensure that technical and organizational measures in view of the current state of technology and the associated costs correspond to the nature of the data to be processed and that they are protected against loss, unauthorized access, mutilation or any form of unlawful processing. In this way, we also guarantee the availability of the data.

Rights of the data subject

We respect the rights of all parties we work with and we will handle requests for the right of access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and transfer with care. If you want to make use of this, you can submit the request to our Agile Governance team via agilegovernance@waada.com. To be sure that the request comes from the person concerned, we always ask you to send a copy of an identity document. Please make the passport photo, passport number and social security number unrecognizable. This is to protect your own privacy.

Indien we de gegevens verwerken op basis van toestemming, ben je ten alle tijden bevoegd om deze toestemming in te trekken. Als je de toestemming wilt intrekken, kan je dit doen door een verzoek te sturen naar agilegovernance@waada.com.

Gegevens delen met derden

Wij zullen de gegevens niet zo maar met derden delen zonder jouw toestemming tenzij wij dit moeten doen wegens wettelijke verplichtingen. Als wij jouw gegevens delen zullen we dit alleen met bedrijven doen die dezelfde informatie beveiligingsprincipes na streven als wij zelf. Op deze wijze kunnen wij garanderen dat de gegevens op een veilige en verantwoorde manier worden gedeeld.

Indien de gegevens naar bedrijven buiten de EU worden verzonden, zullen wij dit alleen doen als dit bedrijf een passend beschermingsniveau biedt of als de partij werkt onder de Standard Clauses Agreement.

Vragen of klachten

Mocht je vragen hebben over de wijze waarop wij de gegevens verwerken of een klacht dat wij dit niet op een juiste wijze hebben gedaan, kan je contact opnemen met ons Agile Governance team via agilegovernance@waada.com.

Wijzigingen

Wij zijn gerechtigd om deze privacy statement van tijd tot tijd eenzijdig te wijzigingen of aan te vullen.
