DevOps & Continuous Delivery trainings
Both DevOps and Continuous Delivery share common characteristics, and sometimes it can be difficult to understand the differences. Both are focused on Agile and Lean thinking with a common goal to reduce the time-to-market for new services. But what about the differences?
DevOps defines how an organization, its developers, operational staff and other stakeholders in the chain work together. Continuous Delivery is a DevOps practice that helps automate the development, testing, and delivery of software through tools and processes. It aims to make software releases boring and above all reliable, so that organizations can deliver more often, with less risk and get feedback from the end users faster.

This sixteen (16) hour course provides an introduction to DevOps – the cultural and professional movement that emphasizes communication, collaboration, integration, and automation to improve the workflow between software developers and professionals in IT operations. Improved workflows will result in an improved ability to design, develop, deploy, and operate software and services faster.
A Continuous Delivery architect is a tool-agnostic person involved in the design, implementation and management of DevOps deployment pipelines and toolchains that support Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Testing and perhaps even Continuous Deployment. In addition, a Continuous Delivery architect is involved in defining or integrating underlying processes, metrics, APIs, and cultural considerations.
